What every automation price includes
Every setup fee
- A written statement of work: the scope, the fixed price and the delivery date, set before anything is built
- The build, connected to the tools you already use
- Acceptance criteria written as tests you either pass or fail before you accept it
- One handover session when it goes live
Every monthly fee
- Hosting and running costs, up to R750 a month of third-party costs
- A check by hand, by us, every business day
- Fixes to anything we built that stops working
- Two small changes a month, each under an hour. Anything larger is quoted first.
- A named person to talk to
- A note each month on what ran, what failed and what changed
If a system stops we answer within 4 business hours. We aim to have it back the same business day, and we tell you where it stands.
Websites are different: once-off, yours once paid, and the R450 monthly for hosting, your domain and fixes is optional. What a website includes is set out on the Websites page.
We check every system by hand once each business day. That is not automated monitoring, so a quiet failure can wait until the check. Fixing it is covered by the monthly fee.
What the monthly fee does not cover
- New work, or extending a system beyond its statement of work
- Changes beyond the two a month
- A failure caused by someone changing a system, account or data without telling us
- A failure in your own network, hardware or connection
- We keep the configuration and can rebuild the system. We do not back up your data, and your own accounting package, CRM, email and files stay your responsibility.
- We work remotely. A visit to your premises is arranged and quoted first.
- Running costs above the cap in your agreement: the excess is invoiced at cost with the supplier’s usage report, and you are told before the cap is reached

- 50% on signature, the balance on handover, and the monthly is paid in advance from go-live
- Six months minimum from go-live, then one month’s written notice, which may be given from the start of month six
- If you leave, a complete export of your data and written documentation within 30 days, at no charge
- Where budget is tight, we reduce the scope.
- The advisory lines are once-off work: no monthly fee and no minimum term
- A website is once-off and yours once it is paid for. Its R450 monthly is optional and month to month. The assistants and the lead engine carry the minimum above, like every other monthly line

The questions we get asked.
We’re a small business. Is this for us?
Smaller businesses often feel it most: eight hours a week off one person in a five-person team is obvious. One automation starts at R4 000 to set up and R2 500 a month.
Do we have to change our tools?
Almost never. We build around what you already use.
What happens when something breaks?
We check every system by hand once each business day. That is not automated monitoring, so a quiet failure can wait until the check. Fixing it is covered by the monthly fee.
Will it replace our staff?
It replaces the parts of their day that nobody wants to do.
How long does it take?
We don’t promise a date before we have looked. After the free week of looking, you get a date in writing.
What do you need from us?
Access to your tools, an hour or two with the person who does the work today, and one person who can decide.
Are we locked in?
The minimum is six months from go-live, then one month’s written notice, which may be given from the start of month six. Leaving inside the minimum, the rest of the six months is payable. If you leave, you get a complete export of your data and written documentation within 30 days, at no charge. The systems stop, because they run on our side.
Who owns what you build?
We own what is built; you hold a licence while the account is paid up. A website is different: a website you buy from us is yours once it is paid for. Your data is always yours.
Why do you publish your prices?
Because the alternative is a discovery call whose real purpose is working out what you can pay.
