Starting prices, valid to 31 October 2026. Prices exclude VAT; we are not yet a registered VAT vendor, so none is charged until registration.

What you get

What the setup fee buys, on every automation line

  • A written statement of work: the scope, the fixed price and the delivery date, set before anything is built
  • The build, connected to the tools you already use
  • Acceptance criteria written as tests you either pass or fail before you accept it
  • One handover session when it goes live

What the monthly fee buys, on every automation line

  • Hosting and running costs, up to R750 a month of third-party costs
  • A check by hand, by us, every business day
  • Fixes to anything we built that stops working
  • Two small changes a month, each under an hour. Anything larger is quoted first.
  • A named person to talk to
  • A note each month on what ran, what failed and what changed

If a system stops we answer within 4 business hours. We aim to have it back the same business day, and we tell you where it stands.

We check every system by hand once each business day. That is not automated monitoring, so a quiet failure can wait until the check. Fixing it is covered by the monthly fee.

What the monthly fee does not cover
  • New work, or extending a system beyond its statement of work
  • Changes beyond the two a month
  • A failure caused by someone changing a system, account or data without telling us
  • A failure in your own network, hardware or connection
  • We keep the configuration and can rebuild the system. We do not back up your data, and your own accounting package, CRM, email and files stay your responsibility.
  • We work remotely. A visit to your premises is arranged and quoted first.
  • Running costs above the cap in your agreement: the excess is invoiced at cost with the supplier’s usage report, and you are told before the cap is reached
The small print, in four lines
Who owns it
We own what is built; you hold a licence while the account is paid up. Your data is always yours.
If you leave
Six months minimum from go-live, then one month’s written notice, which may be given from the start of month six. Leaving inside the minimum, the rest of the six months is payable. You get a complete export of your data and written documentation within 30 days, at no charge. The systems stop, because they run on our side.
Your data
A POPIA operator agreement is signed before we touch anything that identifies a person. We are registered with the Information Regulator (2026-066406).
Payment
50% on signature, the balance on handover. The monthly fee is paid in advance from go-live.

Anything that fails the written scope is fixed free for 30 days after you accept it. That does not cover a change someone else made, or data that was wrong going in.
